The lonely and uninhabited glacial valley reaches deep into the heart of the Savinja Alps in two levels, which the Bela stream connects with the short and wild Lonci gorge.
Along the forest road through the valley, we can see Dovnik's wells, especially strong after rains, the outlet of the Globošek canyon and the mighty smooth wall of Sakalojca, where the perese falcon nests - the valley of Bela is an ornithological reserve.
Approximately in the middle of the valley there was once a partisan hospital, of which only the leveled terrain in the slope remains visible. Just before the Lonci gorge there is Žegnan studenec, then the valley climbs steeply to a higher level, where we walk through the primordial forest to Šibje and Vodotočno jezero.
