The gallery is arranged in the house where the famous Slovenian artist Jože Horvat - Jaki lived and worked for many years. On display is a permanent collection of his paintings, which the artist donated to the municipality. The Nazarje Cultural Society, which manages the gallery, also prepares temporary exhibitions of works of art by famous Slovenian artists.
